Reuters reported July that Anglo Swedish company had begun exploring potential options for its vaccination business. It expects to gain more insight by the year 2021.
A spokesperson for the new unit stated that it will include research, development, manufacturing and commercial teams as well as medical and surgical personnel.
He said that the team would be devoted to COVID-19, our long-acting antigen combination, and to developing vaccines to address multiple forms of concern as well as our portfolio for respiratory virus disease.
