TOKYO, Reuters – SoftBank Group Corp shares weren’t traded Tuesday in Tokyo despite a large number of orders for buys. This was just a day after SoftBank Group Corp announced that it would invest up to 1 trillion yen ($8.8billion) to purchase back nearly 15% of its shares.

SoftBank suffered a quarter-end loss of $2 million due to falling tech shares and regulatory restrictions on China. The company announced the buyback.
