Over 900,000 kids expected to receive first Covid shot by day end

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – By Wednesday night, more than 900,000.00 American children between the ages of 5 and 11 will have their first covid-19 shot, White House Coronavirus Coordinator Jeff Zients reported. The move comes as younger children are being vaccinated by the Biden administration.

“While the program is still in its final week, we expect that nearly 900,000.00 children between five and 11 years old will have had their first shot by tomorrow,” he stated during a briefing to reporters.
