Tim Beiko (core developer) said that the Ethereum network will undergo another upgrade in December, which would delay its difficulty bomb.

Block 13,773,000 will be the location where Arrow Glacier upgrades are expected to become active on December 8. Block times and time zones may cause slight variations in the date.

Beiko stated that the only change effected in the upgrade is the rescheduling of the difficulty bomb, “hopefully for the last time.”
