DUBAI, Reuters – Boeing (NYSE 🙂 said Saturday that it was “getting closer” to resuming delivery of the 787 Dreamliner, which had been suspended due to manufacturing flaws. But, this schedule is dependent on continued talks with regulators.

According to Ihsane Mounir (senior vice president for commercial sales and marketing), the planemaker will continue to ship its delayed 777X passenger aircraft in 2023. It is still working with potential buyers to purchase a new freighter 777X.

Mounir, speaking at a conference just before Dubai Airshow began, said commercial flying was on the rebound after COVID-19 lockdowns.
