Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index rising 0.34% to reach a new high. The index gained 0.68% at the same time, and it fell by 0.13%.

They were the top performers at the session Zalando SE (DE): The stock rose by 4.81% to 80.81, or 3.71 point at the close. RWE AG ST O.N. was also up. RWE AG ST O.N. (DE:), added 3.14%, or 1.010 more points to reach 33.180 HelloFresh SE Late trade saw the DE: Index rise 2.70%, or 2.30 points, to 87.50

Deutsche Telekom AG NA (DE) fell 1.64%, or 0.280 points, to trade at 16.755 by the end. MTU Aero Engines NA O.N. (DE:), fell 1.03%, or 2.05 points, to finish at 196.38 Bayer AG NA (DE:), was at 50.42 with a drop of 1.00% (0.51 points)

Auto1 Group SE (DE) was the top performer on MDAX, rising 5.70% to 33.40. Hella KGaA Hueck & Co Thyssenkrupp AG O.N. (DE) was up 3.2% to close at 62.32 (DE:), which gained 3.20% and closed at 9.236.

These were the worst performers Lanxess AG (DE) was at 56.830, 2.10% lower than in late trading. Cancom SE O.N. (DE:), which dropped 2.03% to settle on 60.720 Varta AG (DE) was at its lowest point of 1.70%, closing at 112.550

The TecDAX’s top performers were Aixtron SE (DE) rose 2.00%, to 21.705 Nemetschek AG O.N. O.N. United Internet AG NA, DE: which gained 1.34% and closed at 35.470

SMA Solar Technology AG, DE: was the worst performer. It fell 4.25% to 47.800 late trade. Cancom SE O.N. were also poor performers. SMA Solar Technology AG (DE) lost 2.03% and settled at 60.720. Varta AG(DE:) was at 1.70%, 112.550.

By 435 to 282 and 60 respectively, rising stocks outnumbered those in decline on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The December delivery of Gold Futures was down 0.13 percent or 2.35 to $1866.15 per troy ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which fell 0.92 or 1.15% to $78.77/barrel, and January Brent oil, which fell 1.25 or 1.03 for $81.14/barrel.

EUR/USD fell 0.3% to 1.1411, and EUR/GBP dropped 0.4% to 0.8493.

At 95.257, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.14%.
