WASHINGTON (Reuters] – On Monday, the United States welcomed Daniel Fenster’s freedom from Myanmar. Secretary Antony Blinken stated in a statement that they were happy for Fenster to be released.

Blinken declared, “We are happy for Daniel Fenster to be released from Burma prison,” where he was held illegally for six months.

We are happy that Danny is soon reunited to his family, as we call for others unjustly held in Burma.
