Activision Blizzard board backs CEO amid misconduct allegations at company -Breaking

(Reuters] – Activision Blizzard NASDAQ:’s Board backed Chief Executive Officer Bobby Kotick following Tuesday’s revelation that the boss of the videogame maker knew of allegations regarding sexual misconduct.

In a statement, the directors stated that “The board is confident Bobby Kotick addressed appropriate workplace issues raised to his attention”.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Kotick failed to inform its board regarding the misconduct or out-of-court settlement made with an employee.
