MILAN (Reuters: CNH Industrial (NYSE 🙂 anticipates that Iveco’s industrial operations will generate revenues of between 16.5 and 17.5 billion euros (or $18.7 to 19.8 billion), in 2026. This is as the company prepares for its truck-bus unit to be spun off to concentrate on construction machinery.

Following the 2019 listing by Volkswagen (DE) of Traton’s truck division, this move mirrors one made similarly by Daimler OTC.

CNH Industrial shareholders are expected to approve de-merger Dec. 23. This will allow Iveco shares trading to begin on January 3.

Iveco had revenues of 10.4 Billion Euros ($11.8 Billion) for 2020. This is down from 11.8Billion euros in 2019, just before the pandemic.
