European new car sales down in October

The region sold 798,693 vehicles in October, making it the worst result since records were started. This also marked the fourth consecutive month with a decline in sales in 2020, stated the European Automobile Makers’ Association (ACEA).
According to figures by the ACEA, passenger vehicle registrations in Europe, Britain, and other countries belonging to the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), fell by 29.3% compared with last year.
