good momentum for U.S. economy next year -Breaking

(Reuters). Charles Evans of Chicago Federal Reserve stated Thursday that he expects the U.S. to show “good momentum” next year, as long as supply chain issues that are slowing down production of automobiles and clogging ports get addressed.

Evans stated that things are getting better at ports, and that consumer demand continues to be strong. He also said that the BKD Financial Services virtual Symposium was a good opportunity to share his optimism about the future of the labor market. “I’m optimistic.”
