New York judge vacates convictions of two men for 1965 murder of Malcolm X -Breaking

In a ruling issued by the state Supreme Court Justice Ellen Biben, the wrongful convictions were acknowledged. Khalil Islam and Muhammad Aziz (both 83), died in 2009. In the 1980s, both were freed from prison after being released on parole.
