Austria reimposes full lockdown, makes vaccination compulsory -Breaking

VIENNA, Reuters – Austria is the first western European country to impose a complete COVID-19 lockdown in autumn. It will be tackling a new wave infection and ordering its entire population to get vaccinated starting February 1, according to its government.

Alexander Schallenberg, Conservative chancellor, stated that the lockdown would last for 10 days and then be extended to 20 days. He also said that the mandated vaccinations will go into effect on February 1.
