LONDON, (Reuters) – Britain has revised its business investment estimates in the second quarter and third quarters this year following an error by its statistical agency. It said Friday.

According to the Office for National Statistics, business investment was adjusted for inflation by 1.6 percentage point and 1.0 percentage point for the second quarter.

They cited an error concerning transport investment data, and stated that the revisions would have no effect on existing economic growth.
