Features of Xpeng G9
Xpeng states that the G9 will work with its X-Power superchargers. They allow cars to be charged up to 200 km per charge in less than 5 minutes.
Light Detection & Ranging technology (or Lidar) will be available on the G9. The systems emit laser beams which bounce back to determine distance. Those returning beams are processed by an algorithm to create a three dimensional representation of surrounding objects — a key technology for autonomous vehicles to understand their environment.
