Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The gained 0.72 percent at the closing in Tel Aviv to reach a new record.

First International Bank of Israel Ltd. (TASE) was the best performer of the session, rising 3.62% or about 450 points to close at 12870. Meanwhile, Bank Hapoalim (TASE 🙂 gained 3.26% (98 points) to finish at 3106. Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd, (TASE :), was up 3.23% (41%) to 1310 in late trading.

Perrigo (TASE) was the worst performer of the session, falling 3.74% or about 480 points to close at 12350. Electra Ltd (TASE) fell 2.57%, or 5800 points, to close at 220210. Liveperson (TASE) dropped 1.91%, or 250 points. To 12860.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 248 to 23, 230, and 40 respectively.

The shares of First International Bank of Israel Ltd. (TASE) reached all-time highs. They rose by 3.62%, or 450 to 112870. Perrigo shares (TASE) dropped to their 5-year lowest point; down 3.4%, or 480 to 12350. Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd. (TASE:), shares rose to their highest levels ever; an increase of 3.23%, or 41 to 13,10. Liveperson shares (TASE) dropped to their 52-week lows, falling by 1.91% (245 to 12860).

Crude oil was 1.36 percent higher or 1.03 to reach $76.97 per barrel for January delivery. Brent oil, which was due for delivery January 1, rose by 1.04 percent to reach $79.93/barrel, and the December Gold Futures contract declined 32.85 percent to trade at $1818.75/troy ounce.

The USD/ILS declined 0.25 to 3.0871 while the EUR/ILS dropped 0.45% to 3.4777.

At 96.308, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.29%.
