Classical MOBA on Blockchain – Thetan Arena – Is Being Released This Saturday

Thetan Arena has become a highly anticipated game, particularly because it’s a pioneer of the blockchain MOBA genre. The game is more mobile-friendly than traditional MOBAs like League of Legends or Dota 2. However, there is a PC version on the support platforms list in addition to Android and iOS.

Thetan Arena officially launches on 27 November at 12 pm UTC. You can already access the Apple (NASDAQ;) Store preview page. Preregistration is now open for all other platforms. There are three game modes available: tower defense, team deathmatch and battle royale. NFT heroes, which are the game’s playable characters, are available for purchase on the official in-game marketplace.

According to their roadmap, developers will implement a guild system and personal pets in future updates.

  • The cheapest hero currently on the market is $105, or approximately 1.5x as expensive as an AAA title on either the PS5/Xbox Series X. These games are usually priced around $70. Thetan Arena, therefore, has become an entry-level game. This feature is common in most blockchain games.
