Request Finance has announced today that The Sandbox is using its blockchain platform in order to receive all payments in $SAND.

The Sandbox Management identified significant time and labor costs associated with manually processing digital asset payments and decided to create Request Invoicing.

Request Invoicing’s work is impressive. Since its inception in August 2020, it has handled over $144,000,000 in crypto invoices. Over 900 corporations have signed up for the service.

Christophe Fonteneau (Head of Strategic Partnerships at Request Finances), adds that crypto is becoming more widely accepted as an asset type and payment method. Request Finances sees more prominent crypto companies choosing Request to handle their financial operations with crypto.
