WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden will name Shalanda Young as director of White House Office of Management and Budget. The Washington Post reported Tuesday that this was based on three sources.

Young is currently acting OMB director. Neera Tanden (Biden’s first choice), was removed from consideration following criticisms from Republican and Democratic senators.
