The Most Expensive NFT in The Sandbox Metaverse Sold for $650,000“The Metaflower Super Mega Yacht” NFT was sold for a record price of 149 ETH (around $650,000). Realm Metaverse Real Estate provided the NFT and a range of digital assets across thirteen metaverses.
The Fantasy Collection offers luxurious NFTs and the digital asset is part of that collection. This was designed for Sandbox which is the top NFT-based, decentralized virtual gaming environment built on. It’s the most expensive NFT available in the ecosystem.
Metaflower Yacht can accommodate 10,000 Bored Apes. It includes a DJ Booth, pool, helipad, hot tub, boat parking, and other amenities. Creators call it “The Crown Jewel Of The Metaverse.”
Six days of auction were required for this digital megayacht. The sale closed 12 hours earlier than expected.
