France stocks lower at close of trade; CAC 40 down 4.75% -Breaking

Investing.com – France stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The index fell 4.54% at the Paris close.

Eurofins Scientific SE was the best performer of the session, rising 7.89% (8.32 points), to trade at 113.2 at the closing. Meanwhile, Teleperformance SE (PA 🙂 gained 0.688% or 2.40 point to reach 357.00. Dassault Systemes SE: (PA 🙂 fell 0.41% (0.22 points) to 52.89 in trade late.

WFD Unibail Rodamco NV – (AS:) fell 11.88%, or 7.88 points, to close at 58.46. Airbus Group SE(PA:) fell 11.49%, or 12.90 point to finish at 99.36. Safran SA (PA) fell 10.26%, or 11.56 points, to 101.10.

Top performers in the SBF 120 competition were Valneva (PA) rose 8.97%, to 26.000; Eurofins Scientific SE was (PA) up 7.89%, to settle at 113.72. Stedim Biotech SA, (PA:), saw an increase of 7.17% in sales to close at 515.40

WFD Unibail Rodamco NV – (AS:), which fell 11.88% to 58.46 late trade in, and Airbus Group SE – (PA:), which dropped 11.49% to settle on 99.36 Eramet SA (PA) was at 68.20, down 11.26% from the previous close.

The Paris Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 545 to 92%, and ended the day unchanged at 65.

The 52 week lows of shares in Safran SA, (PA:), were 10.26% lower or 11.56 to 101.10. Valneva shares (PA:), rose to new highs, up 8.97% (2.140-26.6000).

The implied volatility index of CAC 40 options was at a 6-month high, with the remained unchanged at 0% to 18.96.

For December delivery, Gold Futures rose 0.01% to $1784.40 an ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil delivery for January dropped 12.69%, or 9.95, to $68.44 per barrel. The January Brent oil contract, however, fell 10.95%, or 9.00, to trade at $73.22 per barrel.

EUR/USD increased 0.85% to 1.1301 while EUR/GBP climbed 0.88% up to 0.8484.

US Dollar Index Futures were down by 0.75% to 96.150
