Huobi Global Partners With Settlepay to Create Fiat-toCrypto Gateway For Ukrainian Users

Huobi Global, the world’s leading digital asset exchange, today announced the launch of a new fiat-to-crypto gateway for users in Ukraine. This gateway provides regional customers with a seamless and flexible way to buy crypto assets using UAH balances from their Huobi accounts.

It is possible because of a partnership with Settlepay (a British platform providing an online currency exchange service to businesses). Through bank card deposits, users will now be able buy digital assets using Hryvnia.

This new fiat to crypto gateway will enable local customers to buy their crypto assets quickly. At launch, Ukrainian users will be able to purchase digital assets with UAH directly using Huobi Global’s Quick Buy/Sell service. Users should follow these steps to deposit UAH or purchase assets:

  • Log into Huobi Global, click Exchange Account and select Balances.
  • Search “UAH” under Fiat and click “Deposit”.
  • Choose a bank card, and then enter the amount.
  • Select the item you wish to purchase from Quick Buy. [UAH Balance].
  • You can complete their crypto purchase with UAH.

Ukrainian bank card depositors can purchase digital assets via AdvCash wallet deposits or P2P transactions. Users have an extra option of accessing crypto assets directly through this new channel. Huobi won’t charge transaction fees for users who deposit UAH with a bankcard or purchase assets that have UAH balances.

The launch of the new fiat-to-crypto gateway comes amid Huobi Global’s 8th Founding Anniversary celebrations, as the company seeks to let its users worldwide participate in and benefit from its evolving ecosystem.
