NANTUCKET (Mass.) – U.S. President Joe Biden stated Friday that his administration is not looking at new vaccine mandates after the discovery of a COVID-19 variant from South Africa. This resulted in travel bans for this country as well as seven others.

Biden stated to reporters that they don’t know much about this variant, except for the fact it is very concerning. “I have decided to be prudent.”
