Canada’s Shopify records Black Friday sales up 21% -Breaking

(Reuters) – Canadian ecommerce platform Shopify (NYSE) Inc posted worldwide sales figures of almost $2.9 Billion on Black Friday. This is an approximately 21% increase compared to the previous year.

The company stated that New York, London, Los Angeles, and Los Angeles were some of the top-selling places, while accessories and apparel was number one.

Shopify stated that 23,000+ tonnes were funded by the company to remove carbon emissions due to Black Friday deliveries.
