Eni agrees to sell Snam 49.9% stake in Algeria gas pipelines for 385 million euros -Breaking

MILAN, (Reuters) – Eni, the Italian energy giant has reached an agreement to sell Snam 49.9% its share in gas group Snam’s strategic pipelines transporting Algerian gas into Italy. The sale will be for 385 million Euros ($436 Million), according to two companies.

They stated that the pipelines would be shared by both companies.
