MELBOURNE, (Reuters) – Julie Anne Genter, a New Zealand Member of Parliament got on her bike early Sunday morning and rode to the hospital. The woman was in labor and gave birth about an hour later.

Genter, who is the spokesperson of her party for transport issues and has a profile on Facebook that says “I love mine bicycle”, was reported by local media. She also cycled to the hospital to give birth in 2018, according to local media.
