NASA postpones spacewalk, citing ‘debris notification’ for International Space Station -Breaking

(Reuters) – NASA has postponed indefinitely a Tuesday spacewalk by NASA astronauts who were not stationed at the International Space Station. The reason was a debris notification for an orbiting laboratory.

Kayla and Thomas Marshburn, astronauts, were due to leave the space station for repairs to a damaged antenna. NASA officials said that there was an increased risk from debris from weeks-old Russian antisatellite missile tests. The spacewalk delay announcement by NASA via Twitter (NYSE:) was delayed was unclear.
