Ethereum (ETH) Surges 530% Skyrocketing Above $4,700 -Breaking

  • Ether has surged by 530% during 2021, a stronger gain than bitcoin’s doubling in price.

After numerous drops below the $ 4,000 price, (ETH is currently at $4,700. Even more, crypto leads the market into the monthly candle closing. The token ETH has seen a dramatic rise and an increase of over 500% in 2021.

Add to that, crypto-world is abuzz about new records since the October fall. Some Ethereum advocates believe that the crypto currency could reach $5,000 before the end of this year.

Ethereum’s latest new all-time high, hit when its price went over $4,850 on Nov. 10. This move is partly driven by growing prospects for Ethereum’s blockchain platform, with a stronger focus on its metaverse. Facebook, now called Meta, has increased its focus on the 3-D online space.

In addition, $23 Million was pumped into ethereum by institutional investors last week. Inflows have reached their fifth consecutive week. BTC, on the other side is consolidating. If ETH has a strong Monthly Close it may lift BTC with it into December.

BTC, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies had been close to their highest levels before the decline. Ethereum also reached a record high of more than $68,000 in November.

Ethereum’s blockchain hosts applications like decentralized financing (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). It’s also an open-source blockchain, meaning developers can create new applications on Ethereum’s network.
