Eyeing end of Q1 conclusion for bond taper -Breaking

(Reuters) – Raphael Bostic, President of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta said Thursday that it was appropriate for the bank to end its bond-buying program. He stated this at the Reuters Next Conference.

Bostic said also that, if inflation remains at 4% next year it would be a compelling argument for raising interest rates and raising them again during 2022.
