GM extends EV Chevrolet Bolt production halt to late January -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – General Motors Co. (NYSE 🙂 stated Thursday that it will prolong a production halt at Orion Assembly in Michigan. This plant produces the Chevrolet Bolt electric automobile. Its halt runs through January 28.

The Bolt was the most popular U.S. automobile manufacturer in August. Its recall was expanded to include more than 140,000 Bolts to replace defective battery modules, and reduce fire hazards after multiple fires.
