Rothermeres up offer to take Daily Mail publisher private -Breaking

LONDON, (Reuters) – The Rothermere family is the controlling shareholder of Daily Mail Publisher. They increased the cash portion of their offer to purchase out other shareholders by 270 pence each share. This represents a 5.9% increase on the original bid.
