Bitcoin tumbles 5.5% to $53,436 -Breaking

(Reuters). Reuters plunged 5.5%, to $53,435.9 on Friday at 22:04 GMT. It also lost $3,112.06 from the previous close.

Bitcoin, the most well-known and largest cryptocurrency in the world, has fallen 22.6% since Nov. 10, when it was at $69,000.

Ether, the cryptocurrency linked to the blockchain network ethereum, fell 6.81% to $4208.68 Friday. It also lost $307.35 since its last close.
