BEIJING (Reuters), China’s securities regulator stated on Sunday that Beijing has no specific policy for any industry, or private firm and does not have “necessary” connections with overseas companies.
China Securities Regulatory Commision reported that some Chinese companies were actively communicating with American regulators. The Chinese Securities Regulatory Commision will not discriminate against Chinese firms choosing to list in US on the basis or compliance.
