Fired CNN anchor Chris Cuomo gives up SiriusXM radio show -Breaking

(Reuters] – Chris Cuomo is a former news anchor who was fired by CNN for trying to support his brother against sexual harassment accusations while he was New York governor.

CNN, owned by AT&T Inc (NYSE:), said on Saturday it fired Cuomo after uncovering “additional information” in an investigation into his conduct.

Cuomo hosted CNN’s most-watched primetime program. Cuomoo confessed to breaking CNN rules in May by giving advice to his brother Andrew Cuomoo on how to deal with harassment accusations made by several females.

Chris Cuomo, a Twitter user (NYSE:), stated that Monday’s ending at CNN was “hard”. While I am able to withstand the most difficult situations, my family has had a very hard week. Right now I need to step back and concentrate on the next steps.

Cuomo announced that he would no longer do his SiriusXM talk show “Let’s get after it with Chris Cuomo.”

Andrew Cuomo was reelected as governor after sexual misconduct allegations were made. He denied any wrongdoing.
