NYSE shakes up senior management with Lynn Martin replacing Stacey Cunningham as president

The New York Stock Exchange is shaking up the company’s leadership team with announcements of new president and chair.

Lynn Martin is currently president of Intercontinental Exchange’s Fixed Income and Data Services business. She has been elected the next President of the NYSE to succeed Stacey Cunningham.

Cunningham is the 67th and second-ever female president of the exchange. She will be joining the board of directors at the NYSE.

Sharon Bowen is an ICE Board Member and NYSE Board member who will be the next chairperson of the NYSE. Bowen served as a commissioner for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
