Local media reports that the National Tax Service in South Korea (NTS), is currently investigating cryptocurrency investment firm Hashed.

This investigation is being handled by the Seoul Regional Tax Office’s 4th Bureau of Investigation. It is most well-known for its investigations into tax fraud and slush funding. The slush fund refers to a collection of money that was raised by unidentified means but is kept separate from the rest for non-disclosed purposes.
