Nissan executive expects semiconductor shortage to continue until mid-2022 -Breaking

(Reuters] – Ashwani Gupta (OTC:), Chief Operating Officer of Japanese automaker Nissan, stated Tuesday that the supply chain shortage and global semiconductor shortage will persist until at least 2022.

“The pandemic really has disrupted supply chains around the globe and (the] automotive industry has been affected much more than we expected…it will take more time to get to normal operations,” said he.
