WASHINGTON (Reuters] – On Tuesday, the U.S. Justice Department stated that they have reached a deal with Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ) to resolve allegations that company discriminated against U.S. citizens when it hired.
Microsoft requested job applicants to provide unneeded immigration documentation in order for them to demonstrate that they were able work at the company, without having to apply for sponsorship.
