Exclusive-EU antitrust regulators to okay Veolia, Suez tie-up, sources say -Breaking

BRUSSELS/PARIS – EU antitrust regulators have approved the merger between Veolia, Suez and French water and waste management companies.

This deal is worth almost 13 billion euro ($14.7 million) and would make the world a stronger competitor to China.
