Paysafe Rises As CEO and Management Buy Shares -Breaking

Investing.com — Paysafe Ltd (NYSE: shares are up 13% in Wednesday morning trading after the company told investors that its Chief Executive Officer Philip McHugh, and other executive directors and board members have purchased $2.8 million of stock.

McHugh purchased 290,000. Shares for $1,000,000 They were acquired Dec.

Executive officers and members of the board purchased approximately 447,000 shares, which amounted to $1.8million. The shares were purchased between Nov. 12, and Dec. 3.

The company’s third quarter earnings were reported in November. Analyst expectations were not met and the fourth quarter revenue forecast for fiscal 2021 was lowered. The stock fell 40% and analysts began to downgrade and lower the price target.
