U.S. Senate backs $650 million missile sale to Saudi Arabia -Breaking

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – The U.S. Senate rejected a Tuesday resolution that would have banned the sale of 280 medium-range air-to-air missiles with advanced range to Saudi Arabia.

The vote continued as 62 votes to 25 in favor of the resolution. It was presented by Mike Lee and Rand Paul, Republicans, along with Bernie Sanders who are Democrats.
