Cemex says U.S. Justice Dept. closed anti-trust investigation -Breaking

MONTERREY, Mexico (Reuters ) – The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), has concluded an investigation of Cemex in regard to a potential violation of antitrust laws.

Cemex was also told that Spanish authorities fined Cemex about 68,000,000 euros ($77 Million) following an audit of tax returns for its operation from 2010 through 2014. Cemex stated that it will appeal against the fine.
