The statement stated that the President felt unwell when he left the State Memorial Service to honour former Deputy President FW De Klerk in Cape Town, earlier in the day.
It added that the President is 100% vaccinated and is currently in Cape Town. He has also delegated all responsibility to David Mabuza, Deputy President for the week.
