Chinese artificial intelligence start-up SenseTime Group will withdraw its $767 million Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) on Monday after it was placed on a U.S. investment blacklistThree sources informed Reuters.

Sources, who were not able to be identified because the information wasn’t yet publicly available, stated that an announcement would soon be made to Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

SenseTime was put on a U.S. Investment Blacklist by the Biden administration on Friday. They did not respond immediately to a request.
