Credit Suisse announces new members of exec board -Breaking

ZURICH (Reuters). Credit Suisse Francesco De Ferrari (NYSE) was appointed by SIX to head its wealth management section. This is one of many changes made Monday by the Swiss bank.

According to the bank, De Ferrari also has been named interim CEO of Europe Middle East and Africa. Christian Meissner has been named CEO for the Americas Region by the Investment Bank Division.

Helman Sitohang and André Helfenstein have been appointed as CEOs of the Asia Pacific region and Switzerland regions, respectively. The bank also announced that Mark Hannam was named Head of Internal Audit.
