Airbus wins order to renew Qantas fleet -sources -Breaking

Two people who are familiar with it said that Qantas Australia is poised to give a significant order for Europe’s Airbus in order to replace its narrowbody regional and mainline fleets.

The two-pronged deal will be announced within the hour, according to Bloomberg. They asked not to identify themselves in confidential negotiations.

Airbus was competing with Boeing (NYSE 🙂 in the agreement, which will feature more than 100 aircraft.

Niciun manufacturer has agreed to comment. Qantas was not available for comment immediately.
