Adobe reported earnings per share at $3.2 on revenues of $4.11B. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted an EPS of $3.2 for revenue of $4.09B.
Adobe shares rose 26% over the first of the year but are down 9.89% from their 52 week peak of $699.54, set on November 22, 2012. They’re broadly similar to the 26.39% increase from the beginning of this year.
Adobe shares suffered a loss of 7.03% pre-market trade after the report.
Adobe joins other notable Information Technology industry earnings this month
Adobe’s November 17 earnings beat saw NVIDIA report EPS $1.17 for revenue $7.1B. This compares to NVIDIA forecasts EPS $1.11 on $6.82B.
Oracle beat all expectations with a second quarter earnings per share of $1.21 on $10.36B in revenue, as compared to $1.11 forecast on $10.2B revenue.
