© Reuters Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.51%Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
Saudi Arabia added an additional 1.51% at the end.
Arabian Pipes Company was among the top performers during the session. It rose 8.6%, or 1.38 points, to trade at 18.50 by the close. In late trade, the Saudi British Bank (SE) gained 7.45% or 2.15 point to close at 31.00. Banque Saudi Fransi was up 6.3% or 2.80 to 44.40.
They were also the session’s worst performers Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (SE 🙂 fell 5.88%, or 11.40 point to trade at 182.60 after the close. JadwaREIT Saudi Fund(SE:), which fell 4.38% (or 0.70) to finish at 15.30, and The National Co for Glass Industrie (3.03%/ 1.30) to 41.60.
The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 128 percent to 81 percent, while 12 ended the same.
January’s crude oil was at $71.75/barrel, an increase of 1.24%. Brent oil rose 0.77 percent to $74.65 per barrel in commodity trading. The February Gold Futures contract saw a 1.50% increase or 26.55, to $1791.05 an ounce.
EUR/SAR rose 0.2% to 3.7526, and USD/SAR rose by 0.02%.
US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.4% to 95.862.
