© Reuters. Trip.com revenue beat in Q3 and ADR earnings for Trip.comTrip.com ADR and Investing.com reported Wednesday that the third quarter beat analyst’s forecasts with revenue surpassing expectations.
Trip.com ADR reported earnings per share at 0.81 on revenue 5.34B. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted EPS at 0.0559 for revenue of 5.22B.
Trip.com ADR shares have fallen 28% since the start of the year. This is still 46.21% below its 52-week high of 45.14, which was set on March 17. These shares are outperforming the Nasdaq, which has risen 20.77% since the beginning of the year.
Trip.com follows major consumer discretionary sector earnings in this month’s ADR
Trip.com ADR reports on an earnings miss by Alibaba ADR, who reported EPS 11.2 on revenue 200.69B. This compares to the forecasts of EPS 11.86 on revenue 204.14B.
Lowe’s had beat expectations on November 17 with third quarter EPS of 2.73 on revenue of 22.92B, compared to forecast for EPS of 2.35 on revenue of 22.08B.
