TOKYO (Reuters] – An explosion in a bustling shopping center in Osaka, Japan on Friday left at least 27 dead.

Kyodo News reports that police were looking into the arson case in relation to a fire at a building.

According to media reports, the fire was almost extinguished in 30 minutes.
